Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. This processing time may include steps such as production/printing and preparation for shipment (where applicable).

Important: The delivery estimates below start after your order has shipped and are in addition to processing time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Economy Delivery
EU: 3–10 business days (via Global Mail)
Oceania: 8–16 business days (via Global Mail)
USA: 8–14 business days (via Lithuania Post)
World: up to 3 weeks (via Global Mail)

Express Delivery
EU: 1–3 business days (via DHL Express)
Oceania: 3–4 business days (via DHL Express)
USA: 2–3 business days (via DHL Express)
World: 2–5 business days (via DHL Express)

Shipping origin
Orders ship from the EU (Lithuania).

Restricted regions

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes depending on your country's rules.

These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an address issue after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@zardpunk.com. If the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to change it.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@zardpunk.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
